These Terms of Use are an integral part of the distance contract, which the parties, based on the customer's order, enter into at our online sales site www.delikats.lv. The obligations contained in the Terms of Use are mandatory. Violation of these Terms of Use may result in termination of the distance contract. The agreement is valid for an unlimited period of time.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that he has read, understood and agrees to the Terms of Use. The customer is not allowed to order goods from our online sales site www.delikats.lv if the customer has not read and agreed to the Terms of Use.
1. TERMS USED IN THE DISTANCE CONTRACT

Customer - a natural person who orders goods www.delikats.lv
Delikats - an online sales site www.delikats.lv, which the customer uses to place an order;
Delivery - delivery of the goods ordered by the customer by courier to the address specified in the order form;
Delivery area - Riga and Pieriga (Riga, Kalngale, Carnikava, Garciems, Garupe, Kadaga, Baltezers, Adazi, Bays, Upeslejas, Mežezers, Annuška, Ulbroka, Upesciems, Dogs, Langstiņi, Mucenieki, Salaspils, Krogsils, Baloži, Olaine, Ķekava , Medamciems, Jaunolaine, Jaunmarupe, Marupe, Tirana, Mezare, Babite, Sebruciems, Pinki, Beber and Babite).
Distance agreement - using the Internet store, an agreement on the purchase of goods has been concluded between www.delikats.lv and the customer, which determines the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the parties.
2. ORDERING GOODS
2.1. The customer can use Delikats services and place an order in the following way:
2.1.1. When registering:
The customer must create a customer account using an email with a password.
To create a client account, additional information must be provided: name, surname, contact information, password.
2.1.2. Order items as a guest:
Before placing the order, the guest must provide the following information: name, surname, contact information and address in case the customer chooses Delivery to a specific address. The address is optional when selecting the self-export option.
2.2. The customer is responsible for providing true and correct information. After registration, the Customer assumes full responsibility not to disclose the Customer's account password to third parties. The Customer is fully responsible for all activities performed with the Customer's account. If the Client's account is used by another person, Delikats will consider that these actions are performed by the Client. In case the Customer loses the Customer's account connection data, the Customer is obliged to inform Delikats by phone or e-mail, which is available at www.delikats.lv
2.3. Notices on order fulfillment (eg order confirmation, invoice, order cancellation, etc.) will be sent to the Customer regardless of whether they chose not to receive notifications and offers, as these notifications are necessary for order fulfillment and informing the Customer about the order status.
2.4 Customers' personal data will be used for ordering and delivery, preparation of invoice documentation, refund of overpaid quantity and returned goods, administration of financial obligations and other obligations arising from these Terms of Use and distance contract, as well as other services provided by Delikats. See Section 10 of these Terms for more information on the processing of personal data.
3. PRICE, PAYMENTS AND DELIVERY COSTS
3.1. Product prices Delicat is indicated in EUR. All prices are inclusive of any value added tax. Products are sold at the price specified when creating the order. The total Delivery Price may include additional costs. The bank fee may be applied depending on the bank used by the customer.
3.3. The buyer will pay for the product in one of the following ways:
3.3.1. Payment using a payment card at the time of the order: prepayment using a MasterCard, VISA or VISA Electron debit or credit card used by the Buyer. When entering credit or debit card data, as well as when paying with a credit or debit card, the Customer does not leave data in the Delikats store system, because the Buyer is directed to the server of a certified service provider for a payment transaction.
3.3.2. Payment at the time of order using PayPal services. The responsibility for the protection of the Buyer's data during payment in this case lies with the relevant service provider, as all money transactions take place in the PayPal system.
3.3.3. The customer can pay for the goods by bank transfer, paying the Delicate invoice. Payment must be made before receiving the goods. After receiving the payment, the product will be sent out, specifying the delivery time with the Customer. Responsibility
