Payment & Delivery

1. The Buyer shall pay for the goods in one of the following ways:

1.1. Payment card: pre-payment with valid Buyer’s MasterCard, VISA or VISA Electron debit card or credit card. When entering credit card or debit card data and paying with a credit card or debit card, Customer does not leave his/her data at Delikats system, because in order to make a payment operation the Customer is directed to the service provider’s server.

1.2. Payment during the order through PayPal services. Responsibility for Buyer’s data protection during the payment in this case is taken by relevant service provider since all monetary operations take place in PayPal system.

1.3. The Customer may pay for goods with a bank transfer by paying for the invoice issued by Delikats. The payment must be made before receiving the goods. Once the payment is received, the goods will be dispatched and delivery time will be coordinated with the Customer. Responsibility for Buyer’s data protection during the payment in this case is taken by relevant bank since all monetary operations take place in Bank’s system.

2. The Buyer may choose one of delivery modes:

2.1. Free of charge pickup of goods at Delikats store Centrāltirgus street 1, Riga

2.2.  Courier delivery to the specified address in the Delivery zone. In addition to the price, the Customer will have to pay delivery fee for delivery services to the specified address in Riga and adjacent territory, which amounts to 5 EUR if total value of goods to be delivered is 49.99 or less. No delivery fee is payable if total value of goods to be delivered exceeds 49.99 EUR.

3. The order will be delivered to the Customer or prepared for pickup at Delikats store on the next business day of filling out the order form and receiving of payment. The Customer will be notified about delivery time/readiness of the order to be picked up at the store by using the Customer’s contact info.

4. Deliveries will be ensured during business days between 9.00 and 17.00.
